MANIFESTATIONS ADVERSES POST IMMUNISATION GRAVES APRÈS VACCINATION ANTI-SARS-COV2 : À PROPOS DE DEUX CAS OBSERVÉS À L’HÔPITAL D’INSTRUCTION DES ARMÉES – CHU DE PARAKOU

Nous rapportons deux cas d’effets adverses graves liés à la vaccination anti-Covid-19 à Parakou. Les symptômes étaient de survenue brutale, moins de 24 heures après la vaccination. Les motifs d’admission étaient une hémiparésie et une dyspnée. Les diagnostics retenus étaient un accident vasculaire cérébral ischémique et un pneumomédiastin. La prise en charge fut spécialisée. Le patient N°1 a été adressé en neurologie tandis que le patient N°2 est pris en charge en unité de soins intensifs. L’évolution a été favorable. Les effets adverses post-vaccination Covid-19 peuvent être graves. Leur prise en charge doit être précoce pour garantir une évolution favorable.
